Frequently asked questions

1. My air mover does not turn on at all. What should I check first?

First, confirm the power cord is securely plugged into a working grounded outlet. Ensure the speed control dial is properly set to a running position, not off. And the timer is set to on. The air mover will not turn on when timer is at 0 position.

2. My air mover runs but has very weak or low airflow. How can I fix this?

Make sure the air mover is not placed too close to walls or objects that block airflow. Weak airflow is often caused by blocked intake or exhaust grilles. Unplug the unit, then clean dust, lint, or debris from all grille openings.

3. My air mover is making unusual loud noise, rattling or vibrating during use. What should I do?

Unplug the unit immediately. Check for loose parts, foreign objects stuck in the fan or grille, or uneven placement on the floor. Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface. If rattling/vibration continues after inspection, do not continue use—contact our support team for further assistance.

4. There is water at the bottom of my brand-new dehumidifier. Is this normal?

If you find water at the bottom of the dehumidifier when first unboxing it, this is normal. All units undergo factory performance testing before packaging.

If leaking from the bottom continues after several uses, please check that the drain hose is securely connected and that condensation can drain properly. If the issue persists, contact the Airzentti support team for assistance.

5. My dehumidifier does not start. How to solve this?

The dehumidifier will start running when the set humidity is 3% lower than the ambient humidity or more. There is a 3-minute compressor delay—if the unit experiences frequent on/off cycles, please wait at least 3 minutes for the compressor to reset, and avoid frequent shutdowns. Also check if the "Full" indicator is on, and make sure all drain hoses are securely connected to ensure unobstructed drainage. If the unit still does not run, please contact the Airzentti support team.

6. My dehumidifier has weak dehumidifying performance. What should I check?

The Air Mover includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including the core motor.

The Dehumidifier comes with a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, plus a 3-year warranty for the refrigeration system (extendable up to 5 years).
