Dehumidifiers

Airzentti dehumidifier are optimized for small to large spaces ranging from 1200 sqft. to 7500 sqft. including basements, crawlspace, garage, storage room, warehouse, worksite, offices, and laundry rooms. It efficiently maintains desired humidity levels in your targeted enclosed area.

The unit has a wide range of humidity selection from 10% to 98%. You can manually adjust your desired humidity level to match your comfort and space needs. The unit will automatically run or pause to maintain your selected target humidity.

Airzentti dehumidifier supports two convenient drainage methods, a continuous gravity drainage option using a standard drain hose for long, unattended operation; a built-in automatically pump using a long extended hose for vertical or remote placement with no drainage nearby.

Yes, it is equipped with automatic defrost. If frost forms on the evaporator coil in cooler temperatures, the unit will activate defrost mode to clear buildup and resume normal dehumidification automatically.

Absolutely. It is designed to perform reliably in damp, high-humidity environments like crawlspaces, basements, garages, storage rooms, and laundry areas.

Yes, the built-in timer allows you to set automatic on/off times, helping you save energy and customize operation around your daily routine.

For best performance, we recommend cleaning the filter every 4 weeks under normal use. Regular cleaning maintains airflow and keeps the unit running efficiently.
If you find water at the bottom of the dehumidifier when first unboxing it, this is normal. All units undergo factory performance testing before packaging. If leaking from the bottom continues after several uses, please check that the drain hose is securely connected and that condensation can drain properly. If the issue persists, contact the Airzentti support team for assistance.
The dehumidifier will start running when the set humidity is 3% lower than the ambient humidity or more. There is a 3-minute compressor delay—if the unit experiences frequent on/off cycles, please wait at least 3 minutes for the compressor to reset, and avoid frequent shutdowns. Also check if the "Full" indicator is on, and make sure all drain hoses are securely connected to ensure unobstructed drainage. If the unit still does not run, please contact the Airzentti support team.

Yes, it features multiple adjustable speed settings so you can control the airflow intensity based on your specific drying or ventilation needs.

This air mover is built with a lightweight, compact design and sturdy handles for easy carrying. Its durable, stackable structure also makes storage and transportation simple for both home and job-site use.

Absolutely. It’s powerful enough for heavy-duty commercial, restoration, and janitorial applications while remaining suitable and compact for everyday household use.

First, confirm the power cord is securely plugged into a working grounded outlet. Ensure the speed control dial is properly set to a running position, not off. And the timer is set to on. The air mover will not turn on when timer is at 0 position.
Make sure the air mover is not placed too close to walls or objects that block airflow. Weak airflow is often caused by blocked intake or exhaust grilles. Unplug the unit, then clean dust, lint, or debris from all grille openings.
Unplug the unit immediately. Check for loose parts, foreign objects stuck in the fan or grille, or uneven placement on the floor. Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface. If rattling/vibration continues after inspection, do not continue use—contact our support team for further assistance.
