Thank you for choosing Airzentti. Our products are built with quality and craftsmanship, and this warranty backs that commitment.
This warranty applies to Airzentti products purchased and used in the United States.
Warranty Coverage
Airzentti (“we,” “our,” or “us”) warrants to the original purchaser only (this warranty is not transferable) that your Airzentti product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms below.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
The warranty period for each product begins on the original date of purchase as shown on your proof of purchase. If a valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, Airzentti may, at its discretion, calculate the warranty period from the product’s date of manufacture.
Coverage by Product:
Air Mover
One (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including the core motor, under normal proper use.
Dehumidifier
One (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Three (3) year warranty covering the refrigeration system (compressor, heat exchanger, and related refrigerant components).
The refrigeration system warranty may be extended to five (5) years by completing official product registration via our official "Register Your Product" form.
What This Warranty Includes
During the applicable warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace a defective product or component. This is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.
Replacement parts or products may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TERM OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
