This Shipping Policy outlines how and where we ship, delivery timeframes, and associated costs. Please review this information carefully.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin to process on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

• Free Standard Shipping is available to the contiguous 48 states (mainland USA).
• Separate shipping rates may apply for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories.

Shipping costs for non-free orders and expedited services are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, peak-season volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account or by using the order tracker on the shipping carrier website.

5. Delivery Issues

We make every effort to ensure a smooth delivery. However, sometimes issues occur. Title and risk of loss for all purchases pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.

• Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available, the carrier will usually leave a notice with instructions. It is the customer's responsibility to follow these instructions or contact the carrier directly.
• Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please see our Returns & Refund Policy and the Airzentti Limited Warranty for the appropriate next steps.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
