1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing and using the website located at airzentti.online (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fong Chow International (HK) Company Limited, which operates the Airzentti brand ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including but not limited to the "Airzentti" brand name, trademarks, logos, slogans, product designs, product images, promotional images, videos, text, graphics, and the overall design of the Site (collectively, the "Content"), is the exclusive property of Fong Chow International (HK) Company Limited and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Specific Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from downloading, scraping, copying, or using our Content, especially our product and promotional images, for any unauthorized commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorized creation of product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok, or any other domestic or international e-commerce platforms. Such activity constitutes copyright and/or trademark infringement and will be pursued legally.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and act on any such submissions for any purpose, without obligation or compensation to you.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party sites.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

This disclaimer applies to the Site and its digital content only. It does not limit or disclaim any warranty provided with a physical product, which is governed exclusively by the applicable Airzentti Limited Warranty.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY BY THIRD PARTIES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Your use of the Site and any purchase of products are also subject to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Physical products are additionally covered by the applicable Airzentti Limited Warranty. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a product-specific policy with respect to that product, the product-specific policy controls.

13. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on the subject.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.

Language: These Terms are provided in English. If translated into another language, the English version shall govern in the event of any discrepancy.
